Elvin Siew Chun Wai takes a trip to Lumbini to explore the birthplace of Lord Gautam Buddha

In the modern era, you cannot see God, but many believe that thousands of years back, gods walked on this earth just like human beings. They were present between us. Many believe that Gautama Buddha was a God and his birthplace at Lumbini is considered a sacred destination. Lumbini is located in Nepal, and it is known for its peaceful surroundings and spiritual energy. Elvin Siew Chun Wai believes that life is a beautiful journey, but the beauty of life is present in peace. In many parts of India and Nepal, you will find a divine peace.

Exploring the true beauty of Lumbini

I also visited the Maya Devi Temple where it is believed Lord Gautam Buddha was born. It marks the exact spot where Buddha was born. The temple complex is simple but deeply spiritual. You can walk barefoot in the area. Lord Gautam Buddha came to this earth to give the world a message of peace. Although he walked on this Earth 2500 years back, his message is relevant to this day.

Walking through monastic zones

Today, Buddhism has spread to many countries. In certain countries, you can find monasteries that have been made by different countries. Each monastery is beautiful and has unique architecture and cultural influences. Elvin Siew Chun Wai admitted that Buddhist monasteries are very peaceful. You can sit and meditate anywhere in order to find mental peace. Such places that are surrounded by greenery and silence are the perfect place to meditate. Elvin Siew Chun Wai said that Lumbini is the perfect place to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life. Here the local culture is very simple. Elvin also interacted with local people.

At the end of the vlog elvin said that Lumbini is not just about travel. It was a very memorable spiritual experience. If you are seeking peace, history or self-reflection, it is this sacred place that leaves a lasting impact on your mind and soul.  Elvin Siew Chun Wai said in his vlog that now he is planning to leave for Bhutan.
