Don’t Go for PDA
You must avoid public display of affection in Dubai because it can result in fine or arrest. You must not try anything more than just innocent hugs and holding hands.
Don’t Drink in Public
Alcohol is not prohibited in Dubai, but you cannot drink it in public. Consuming alcoholic drinks at public places can result in fine or arrest. However, you are allowed to drink in pubs and licensed restaurants.
Don’t Click Photographs without Asking for it
You cannot take photographs of local people and buildings without getting a permission for it. If you take photographs of somebody without their permission, Dubai Police can take you to the local police station for this offense.

Do Wear Appropriately
When you go to a public place, you must wear in a way that shows you respect the culture of Dubai. However, you are free to wear the dresses of your choice in your hotel and resort.
Do Use Metro Trains
Most tourists, especially first timers, avoid metro trains and use taxis in place of them that increase the cost of their tour. It is a big mistake that you must avoid. Metro trains allow you to explore the city in less budget and save you time as well because they help you traffic jams on roads.
Do Carry Your Prescription
Rules are very strict regarding drugs in Dubai. If you are taking any kind of medicines, you must carry your prescription as well.
